Henry Page was qualified as an English Solicitor in 1977 and became a French avocat in 1991. His practice now includes aviation, shipping, banking, tax structures and tax disputes, acting for and against Sovereign States and construction disputes before the ICC and other jurisdictions. He is also advising on appropriate structures for holding real property and other private client type matters. Henry Page’s considerable experience and hands on approach  is appreciated by many to provide rapid and cost effective solutions and, where necessary, representation before the Courts and Arbitrators in London and Paris. Henry Page regularly acts as arbitrator as well as counsel.

Henry Page was in general practice in a firm in England until 1981 when he joined Holman, Fenwick and Willan, the shipping law specialists. In 1995 Henry Page was invited to take over as resident partner of Penningtons Law Office in Paris. In 2005 Penningtons Paris office became a separate entity under the name of Penlaw Selarl. By then the firm was recognised as expert in aviation related matters. In April 2014, Henry Page established together with Philipp Hermes the European economic interest group BHM Penlaw EWIV – EEIG.
